• Clerk

    • Provide administrative support to the mortgage department
    • Drafting documentation and agreements to facilitate loan drawdown.
    • Assist in prepare regular monthly report and statistic
    • Handle ad hoc projects Check confirmation letters from solicitor firms to ensure that mortgages are executed in our favour and to our satisfaction
    • Filing, update/maintenance of databases
    • Operation duties


    • Diploma / Degree with 2 years or above of relevant admin/ operation experience in the banking & finance industry preferred
    • Basic legal knowledge (mortgage procedure, property sales, mortgage sales) preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. MS Excel, MS Words and MS Powerpoint
    • Good understanding of banking products / services and operations Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
    • Good command of written and English and Chinese spoken
  • Mortgage Manager



    • Achieve individual targets on mortgage lending
    • Provide professional customer service & loan advice to potential customers proactively
    • Maintaiin good relationship and network with mortgage agents & other potential business partners
    • Handle customers’ enquires and applications 


    • F.5 or above
    • Preferably with at least 2 years of sales experience in banking industry or real estate sector
    • Sales-oriented and & self-motivated
    • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
    • Independent with minimum supervision and a good team player 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Chinese Work Processing
